Become a better open water swimmer!
Our Swim Clinic Series provides five hours of instruction over two days. This schedule allows swimmers time to practice the drills and techniques introduced in the first session, building a solid foundation. In the second session, swimmers refine these skills while learning additional techniques to enhance their performance. Our layered approach avoids information overload, promotes interaction and ensures steady progress.
Swimmers of all skill levels can take their stroke to the next level. We focus on improving balance and body position with our small personalized clinics. Participants learn how to optimize their catch, pull, arm recovery, hand entry hip rotation, and kick timing for open water swimming success – all without a high-yardage workout.

Experienced Open Water Coaches
Our program is led by experienced full-time swimming coaches who are also experienced, open water swimmers themselves and will take you through the fundamentals necessary to improve your success. In this informal, informative environment, we deconstruct the front crawl or ‘freestyle’ stroke and demonstrate effective techniques that you’ll tailor to your individual needs through drills and individual feedback – helping you hone balance, body position, breathing techniques, and more.
